# Plans and Billing

ContextOwl uses flat pricing by workspace. Plans differ only by how many workspaces you get. You never pay per seat, and there is no usage metering. Every paid plan includes every feature.

## Plans

Members are unlimited on every plan, so team size is only a suggestion, never a cap. A team of 50 can run on the free plan if they like, because members are never billed. Annual billing gives two months free.

## Manage your plan

Open **Admin > Plan** to choose or change your plan and billing interval. Open **Admin > Settings > Billing** to see your current plan, the features it includes, members by role, update payment details, and download invoices.

Checkout, invoices, and the customer portal run through Polar (polar.sh) as merchant of record.

## Billing role

Give a teammate the **Billing** role to manage the plan and payment details without granting broad content or member administration.
