Organizations

An organization owns your workspaces, members, settings, SSO, domains, and audit trail.

Create an organization

1. Open ContextOwl.
2. Choose Create organization.
3. Enter a team or company name.
4. Open Admin to configure the organization.

New organizations receive a platform docs subdomain automatically. The subdomain is assigned by ContextOwl and is separate from the organization name.

Configure branding

Open Admin > Settings > Theming to set the theme mode, accent color, dark and light logos, and type.

Branding applies to public docs pages for that organization.

Security settings

Admins can require two-factor authentication for members. SSO can also be configured for organizations that use an identity provider.

Audit trail

Admin actions and content changes are recorded in the audit log. Use it to answer who changed access, settings, pages, and workspaces.
